Obituary of David W. Figura

~~David W. Figura, 63 of Ransomville, NY died unexpectedly at residence on Friday October 27, 2017. Dave was born in Niagara Falls, NY on August 10, 1954 to the late Bruno and Shirley (Myers) Figura. A lifelong resident of Ransomville he graduated from Wilson High school in 1973. He was employed by the NYS Parks Dept. at Artpark in the grounds and maintenance Dept. for 36 years retiring in 2007. Dave was an avid outdoorsman; enjoyed nascar and all sporting events. He was an exempt member of the Ransomville Vol. Fire Co., and was an avid dog lover. Dave is survived by his two children; Nicholas Figura and Gina (Jonathan) Lopaki; Two brothers Ronald (Dana) Figura and Douglas Figura, along with aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends may call at the HARDISON FUNERAL HOME 3648 Ransomville Rd. Ransomville, on Wednesday from 4- 8 PM, services will held on Thursday (Nov, 2) at 11AM from the funeral home, burial in North Ridge Cemetery.
