Obituary of Karolyn J. Miller

Karolyn J. Miller, age 73, of Ransomville died on Friday, October 30, 2020 at home under the care of Niagara Hospice. Karolyn was born on May 29, 1947 in Niagara Falls, NY. She is the daughter of the late Franklin O. and the late Mabel M. (Wiepert) Miller. Karolyn graduated from Lew-Port class of 1965. She retired in 2001 after 30 years as a bus driver for Ransomville Bus Lines. Karolyn loved her family and enjoyed spending time with all of them especially her nieces and nephews, she loved the outdoors, was a lifelong member of St. Peter Lutheran Church at North Ridge and was famous for her thumbs up greeting. She is survived by her sister Elaine Martin of Ransomville and her brother Norman (Naomi) Miller of Lake Wales, FL, also several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Karolyn is predeceased by her sister Christine Miller and twin sister Marilyn Miller who passed away on June 15, 2020. A graveside service will be held WEDNESDAY at 1:30 PM at North Ridge Cemetery, Church Rd., Town of Cambria, NY with Rev. Ben Bahr officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peter Lutheran Church at North Ridge, 4169 Church Rd., Lockport, NY 14094 or Ransomville Vol. Fire Co.
