Shirley and all who loved Irene ~ My deepest condolences to you on the great loss of a wonderful woman. I was blessed to have known Irene through our association at Stella Niagara, and a friendship through that community. She and I shared a correspondence over the years when she moved from Lewiston to Williamsville, and I moved back to Maine. I will treasure my last letter from her. The saints are rejoicing!!

Dear Shirley, Catherine and family. I was very sad to learn of Irene's passing . She was a special , one of a kind friend who I enjoyed so much. We first met while caring for her Mother, Kitty many years ago. Later, I would run into her often at Stella Niagara. Always a smile and cherry greeting. Heaven has a new angel and her name is Irene. You are in my prayers. . Robert Bull, M.D.

Aunt Irene was one of the sweetest and gentlest women I have ever known. My sisters and cousins enjoyed spending the night with her and Aunt Shirley many years ago. I especially remember all of her love for people and wildlife. Her spirit is strong and will always be with us.
Love,
Carrie Hughes Dacumos and family
