As a member of the Ransomville Auxiliary, Grumpy was there to help me whenever the need arose. He also wore the Sparky fire dog suit for all the "Lighting of Wreathes" I was in charge with French behind the wheel on the antique fire truck. He loved it. He was a great man and will be sadly missed!!

To my Father, Thank you for your love of fast cars and NASCAR, thank you for your love of Elvis, country music, and camping. Thank you for you sense of humor. I forgive you for all the times you called me a dumb ass, I forgive you for all the times you beat me with your fist, I forgive you for favoring my brother over me, I forgive you for never showing me any attention, and when you did it was abusive. I love you, good bye.

Rest in Peace, Uncle Paul. It's saddens me that you will never know and be proud of the man your son, Paul Jr., has become and not dwell on the boy that he was. Like his father who loved to wear costumes for the fire department, he, too, loves to help people. Like his father, he LOVES NASCAR. Like his father, he loves Elvis. Like his father, he loves camping. You should be proud of both of your sons, not one. Rest in Peace.

Billy, so sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. I always enjoyed talking with him everytime we seen each other. He always had a huge smile for me. He and I would always wave to each other as I passed the house on my way home from work as he was mowing the lawn. I will miss him.

Spent many summers at Watkins Glen with "Grumpy," Billy, my dad Jim, and my brother Adam, watching NASCAR and IROC races through the fences. Mr. Norbut was nothing but kind to me and my brother when we were younger and I know my dad thought well of him and his family. May he rest in peace, and I hope that his family is thriving, happy and healthy.
