To the entire Oliphant clan: Charlie was so proud of his family. He made the best out of the worst and tried to do whatever he could to make the most out of life. We had some wonderful conversations during our time for therapy. I enjoyed coming to see him and having those colorful but honest conversations on life. He was proud of each of you and the accomplishments you made. Your pain was his pain and joy was his joy as well. I will miss those times as I'm sure you will also. MY heartfelt prayers are with you now and in times ahead. He'll show up when you least expect so be prepared and Betsy might be with him to enjoy the laugh.
